These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Alpha Social Studio™ website and all services provided by Alpha Social Studio™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

 

 

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for or purchase our services. By using this website, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and truthful.

2. Booking and Payment

​

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Full payment is due prior to the scheduled session, unless a written payment plan is agreed upon.

• Missed or canceled sessions within 48 hours of the scheduled date may result in full charge or loss of deposit.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We allow one reschedule per client, provided we receive notice at least 48 hours in advance. Additional changes may incur a rescheduling fee or require a new booking.

4. Delivery of Services

​

​

• Final edited photos and digital assets will be delivered via a secure private gallery within 3–5 business days of the session unless otherwise stated.

• Alpha Social Studio™ retains the right to select and edit final images in alignment with brand standards.

5. Use of Images & Consent

​

​

• Clients may use final images for personal and commercial use (dating apps, Instagram, social media, branding, etc.).

• We will never publish, share, or display your photos without your written consent.

• Some services may include content with models or third parties — clients agree to respectful, professional behavior at all times.

6. Confidentiality

​

We value privacy. All client information, sessions, and images are handled with strict discretion. Optional NDAs are available for high-profile or elite clients upon request.

7. Refund Policy

​

​

Due to the nature of our service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a session is confirmed. If you are unhappy with your final deliverables, we will work with you to address your concerns within reason and alignment with the original creative direction.

8. Intellectual Property

All media, designs, content, and written material on this website remain the property of Alpha Social Studio™ and may not be copied, replicated, or reused without written permission.

 

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

 

Alpha Social Studio™ is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, inconvenience, or damage arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for your package.

 

 

 

10. Governing Law

 

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Miami-Dade County.
