Refund Policy

At Alpha Social Studio™, we take pride in delivering a premium, custom-tailored experience. Due to the high level of personalization and limited availability, all sales are considered final.

 

 

 

📌 Deposits & Payments

 

 

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.

• Full payment must be completed prior to your scheduled session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept credit/debit cards and approved digital payments.

 

 

 

 

🔁 Rescheduling

 

 

• Clients may request to reschedule once, with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of deposit or full session fee, depending on the circumstances.

• Additional rescheduling may require a new booking or fee.

 

 

 

 

🚫 Cancellations & Refunds

 

 

• Due to limited monthly bookings and the custom nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once a session is confirmed.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full.

• In rare cases of emergencies or technical issues on our end, we will offer a reshoot or credit toward a future session.
